O fen\u00f4meno causa impacto na secre\u00e7\u00e3o de horm\u00f4nios como a melatonina, o cortisol e horm\u00f4nios tireoidianos, o que resulta em preju\u00edzos ao desempenho cognitivo, motor e \u00e0 sa\u00fade de longo prazo.<\/p>\n<h2>Riscos biol\u00f3gicos e a \u2018d\u00edvida de sono\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Em entrevista \u00e0 Itatiaia, Raphael Kalil Motta Moreira, M\u00e9dico do Trabalho L\u00edder pelo Sesi MG e especialista em medicina do trabalho, aponta que a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o prolongada a esses regimes de trabalho manifesta-se em sintomas como ins\u00f4nia, dificuldades digestivas e aumento de doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares. <\/p>\n<p>Moreira explica que \u201cessas altera\u00e7\u00f5es decorrem de um processo de dessincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o entre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o temporal interna do organismo e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o temporal externa imposta pelos turnos de trabalho, rompendo a estrutura temporal das fun\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas e psicol\u00f3gicas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O m\u00e9dico alerta que o impacto vai al\u00e9m do cansa\u00e7o f\u00edsico, atingindo a capacidade de execu\u00e7\u00e3o das tarefas. \u201cA fadiga, seja f\u00edsica ou mental, provoca um decl\u00ednio significativo no desempenho cognitivo e motor, resultando em reflexos lentos, lapsos de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o na qualidade da tomada de decis\u00f5es\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Segundo o especialista, a fadiga atua diretamente na biologia do trabalhador, \u201cdiminuindo a velocidade de transmiss\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es pelo neur\u00f4nio motor e reduzindo a ativa\u00e7\u00e3o cerebral\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O ac\u00famulo da chamada \u201cd\u00edvida de sono\u201d coloca o corpo em um estado de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o que compromete a seguran\u00e7a operacional. Raphael Moreira detalha que o c\u00e9rebro passa a operar em uma esp\u00e9cie de piloto autom\u00e1tico, apresentando sinais como tonteira, dores de cabe\u00e7a, perda frequente de mem\u00f3ria e irritabilidade. &#8220;\u00c9 importante ressaltar que esses sintomas n\u00e3o somem com curtos per\u00edodos de descanso, como por exemplo, f\u00e9rias\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Estrat\u00e9gias de preven\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia<\/h2>\n<p>Para mitigar esses riscos, as ind\u00fastrias devem adotar m\u00e9todos administrativos e tecnol\u00f3gicos que protejam o trabalhador. Fernanda Gabriela de Souza Pinto, especialista em ergonomia do Sesi MG, afirma ser fundamental intervir diretamente na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o temporal do trabalho. <\/p>\n<p>Ela recomenda a prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201crod\u00edzios no sentido hor\u00e1rio (manha-tarde-noite), limita\u00e7\u00e3o de noites consecutivas, garantia de tempos adequados de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o entre turnos, pausas estruturadas ao longo da madrugada e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o das exig\u00eancias das tarefas aos hor\u00e1rios biologicamente mais cr\u00edticos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m das mudan\u00e7as organizacionais, o uso de tecnologia tem se tornado um aliado na preven\u00e7\u00e3o de acidentes. Moreira menciona que ferramentas para detectar sinais de cansa\u00e7o, como bocejos e piscar excessivo, j\u00e1 s\u00e3o realidade em setores de minera\u00e7\u00e3o e log\u00edstica. <\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m o uso de \u00f3culos de prontid\u00e3o operacional, em que o empregado realiza uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o de seu n\u00edvel de vig\u00edlia.
