Melhorar o estilo de vida pode ser uma dessas metas, sobretudo com o crescimento da procura por uma vida mais saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o fisioterapeuta esportivo Jo\u00e3o Paulo de Albuquerque, melhorar o estilo de vida passa por h\u00e1bitos sustent\u00e1veis e baseados em evid\u00eancias, e n\u00e3o em mudan\u00e7as radicais a curto prazo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9 fundamental manter uma rotina regular de atividade f\u00edsica, priorizar a qualidade do sono, cuidar da postura no trabalho e no lazer, reduzir o tempo prolongado em posi\u00e7\u00f5es sentadas e investir em alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada. Al\u00e9m disso, ouvir os sinais do corpo, evitar a cultura do \u2018no pain, no gain\u2019 e buscar orienta\u00e7\u00e3o profissional ajudam a prevenir les\u00f5es, melhorar o desempenho f\u00edsico e garantir const\u00e2ncia, que \u00e9 o fator mais importante para resultados duradouros\u201d, disse o especialista.<\/p>\n<p><bsp-list-loadmore class=\"PageListStandardG\" data-module=\"\" data-show-loadmore=\"true\" data-list-title-size=\"3\" data-list-description-size=\"3\"><\/p>\n<p>    <a class=\"AnchorLink\" title=\"leia-tambem\" name=\"leia-tambem\"\/><\/p>\n<p><\/bsp-list-loadmore><\/p>\n<h2>Quanto tempo devo fazer exerc\u00edcios?<\/h2>\n<p>Para o fisioterapeuta, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o mais segura e eficaz \u00e9 come\u00e7ar com 150 minutos semanais de atividade f\u00edsica moderada, distribu\u00eddos ao longo da semana. Isso equivale a cerca de 30 minutos por dia, cinco vezes na semana.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO mais importante \u00e9 iniciar de forma progressiva, permitindo que m\u00fasculos, articula\u00e7\u00f5es, tend\u00f5es e sistema cardiovascular se adaptem ao est\u00edmulo.
