Durante o repouso, a musculatura e os discos intervertebrais entram em um processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, e uma postura inadequada pode gerar sobrecarga em determinadas estruturas, favorecendo desalinhamentos, contraturas musculares e at\u00e9 acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de processos degenerativos. Al\u00e9m disso, dormir em posi\u00e7\u00f5es que mantenham a coluna torcida ou excessivamente fletida pode, com o tempo, contribuir para o aparecimento ou agravamento de dores lombares, cervicais e tor\u00e1cicas\u201d, disse o professor.<\/p>\n<p>Dormir com uma m\u00e1-postura al\u00e9m de poder provocar diversos problemas, como dores na coluna, tens\u00e3o muscular, altera\u00e7\u00f5es na curvatura natural da coluna e dist\u00farbios na circula\u00e7\u00e3o sangu\u00ednea, pode tamb\u00e9m influenciar no sono.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm casos prolongados, essas posturas inadequadas podem predispor a h\u00e9rnias de disco, s\u00edndrome do desfiladeiro tor\u00e1cico e at\u00e9 altera\u00e7\u00f5es posturais permanentes, especialmente se associadas a outros h\u00e1bitos inadequados durante o dia\u201d, explicou o m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>Quanto ao sono, o especialista explicou que \u201cuma posi\u00e7\u00e3o que cause desconforto ou compress\u00e3o de vias respirat\u00f3rias pode levar a despertares frequentes, sono fragmentado e dificuldade em alcan\u00e7ar fases mais profundas do descanso, essenciais para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica e mental. Outra op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dormir de barriga para cima, com um travesseiro baixo sob a cabe\u00e7a e outro sob os joelhos para reduzir a tens\u00e3o lombar.
