Segundo os especialistas, treinar pr\u00f3ximo desse limite pode ser um fator decisivo para o ganho de for\u00e7a e massa muscular.<\/p>\n<h2>Esfor\u00e7o x quantidade<\/h2>\n<p>O estudo dividiu os participantes em dois grupos que treinaram membros inferiores durante seis semanas. Um grupo realizou dez repeti\u00e7\u00f5es por s\u00e9rie, enquanto o outro fez vinte. O pesquisador explica que a falha t\u00e9cnica acontece pouco antes da perda da postura correta. Um sinal pr\u00e1tico \u00e9 a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o vis\u00edvel da velocidade do movimento nas \u00faltimas repeti\u00e7\u00f5es. Em vez de n\u00fameros fixos, a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 trabalhar com faixas de repeti\u00e7\u00f5es. Em dias de menor disposi\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel reduzir a carga e aumentar as repeti\u00e7\u00f5es.
