Houve uma dilui\u00e7\u00e3o do contato pessoal e do feedback f\u00edsico que existia nos pontos de venda tradicionais.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a especialista, a exclusividade de um produto f\u00edsico, como uma bolsa, pode ser comprometida por falsifica\u00e7\u00f5es. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o encontrada pelas grandes marcas foi expandir para canais de experi\u00eancia, explorando o lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQualquer pessoa pode estar com uma marca de de uma bolsa de luxo que muitas vezes pode ser falsificada, n\u00e9? Mas estar hospedado no hotel da Louis Vuitton \u00e9 s\u00f3 para quem tem acesso\u201d, explicou Croce.<\/p>\n<p>Ela aponta que hot\u00e9is, restaurantes e beach clubs se tornaram uma forma de ter um contato pessoal com o consumidor, onde o acesso \u00e9 o verdadeiro artigo de luxo.<\/p>\n<h2>Collabs e o desafio geracional<\/h2>\n<p>Outra tend\u00eancia promissora apontada por Croce s\u00e3o as colabora\u00e7\u00f5es, ou \u2018collabs\u2019, e parcerias. Elas funcionam como ferramenta para acessar novos consumidores, especialmente as novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es, que exigem diferentes formas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Croce citou o exemplo da marca Miu Miu, que desejava se aproximar da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z. A marca identificou que esse p\u00fablico valoriza a leitura e pautas femininas.<\/p>\n<p>A estrat\u00e9gia foi realizar a\u00e7\u00f5es em pra\u00e7as pr\u00f3ximas a universidades, distribuindo livros cl\u00e1ssicos, como \u201cMadame Bovary\u201d, acompanhados de picol\u00e9s. \u201cFez uma porta de entrada da Miu Miu, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 com uma marca de moda, mas uma marca preocupada em recuperar a leitura, o intelectual\u201d, detalhou.<\/p>\n<h2>O \u2018pulo do gato&#8217;: sair da bolha<\/h2>\n<p>Embora a an\u00e1lise de dados seja fundamental, com m\u00e9tricas f\u00e1ceis de obter no digital, o desafio \u00e9 saber o que fazer com a informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Para M\u00e1rcia Croce, o segredo \u00e9 \u201cescutar o seu consumidor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ela alerta que as marcas precisam \u201csair da bolha\u201d e ouvir quem ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 seu cliente, pois o p\u00fablico tradicional pode estar envelhecendo. \u201cE ter certeza absoluta de que o que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 faz h\u00e1 20 anos, talvez n\u00e3o esteja mais dando certo\u201d, concluiu.<\/p>\n<h2>Autenticidade como pilar<\/h2>\n<p>Manoel Bernardes, que representa a segunda gera\u00e7\u00e3o no comendo da tradicional joalheria Manoel Bernardes, concorda que a multicanalidade \u00e9 fundamental, mas faz uma distin\u00e7\u00e3o. Para ele, a expans\u00e3o de canais serve mais ao refor\u00e7o e posicionamento da marca do que \u00e0 venda direta.<\/p>\n<p>O segredo, segundo Bernardes, \u00e9 ser aut\u00eantico e fiel ao DNA da marca. \u201cO segredo \u00e9 voc\u00ea ser aut\u00eantico para o seu norte, comunicar para o seu p\u00fablico e utilizar os canais da mesma forma em todos os pontos de contato, seja na loja f\u00edsica, seja na internet, seja atrav\u00e9s de um evento\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>Os tr\u00eas pilares da tradi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>No caso da Manoel Bernardes, a identidade da marca se apoia em tr\u00eas pilares: \u201cSolaridade\u201d, referente ao uso das cores e gemas brasileiras; \u201cmovimento\u201d, pensando na sensualidade da mulher brasileira ; e \u201clapida\u00e7\u00e3o diferenciada\u201d, que permite ousadia no design.<\/p>\n<p>Bernardes explica que a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o est\u00e1 na repeti\u00e7\u00e3o, mas nos valores, como \u00e9tica e foco no cliente.
